The chaats like the Aloo Tikki Chaat, Samosa Chaat and Sev Puri have the robustness and a piquant taste. The Pav Bhaji is pretty good too, and comes with variations like the Green Pav Bhaji with spinach or Paneer Pav Bhaji. Roadista also serves pulao with many variations like the Bhaji Pulao or Paneer Pulao which are like one dish meals.
