Warsaw Caravaning Festival 2023: New Format For A Caravanning Event
May is the perfect moment to start the season of caravanning events and meet representatives of the industry, enthusiasts planning trips and caravanning enthusiasts looking for new equipment and inspiration. As the MTP Group and the Polish Caravanning Group, we are pleased to engage in a new initiative and already today we declare active participation in creating this unique celebration of the caravanning industry.
Warsaw Caravaning Festival 2023 on May 13 – 14 is a new idea for a caravanning event that will attract every enthusiast of travel and independence
Time and place of the event: Służewiec Horse Racing Track | 9:00 am – 7:00 pm both days
The organizers of the event are: Grupa MTP, which has been contributing to the development of the caravanning industry for years by organizing fair and congress events, and the Polish Caravanning Group, while the main partners are the Polish Motor Association, Camprest.com and Polish Caravaning. The whole event will be held under the patronage of Caravans Salon Poland.
A comprehensive caravanning event in a festival atmosphere:
Warsaw Caravaning Festival 2023 is a comprehensive event addressed to all fans and enthusiasts of motorhomes and caravans. During the May weekend in Toruń Służewiec, participants will be able to:
- see the latest campers and caravans in the EXPO zone , where leading dealers will present their offer
- visit the RENT YOUR CAMPER zone (rental shops) – and plan your vacation or trip in a camper or with a caravan
- take part as an exhibitor (for participants of the rally and companies from the industry) and buyers in the EXCHANGE zone of used trailers, campers and accessories
- take part in a CARAVANING RALLY
- see the HORSE RACING at Służewiec Racetrack
- meet travelers and interesting personalities in the MEETING ZONE.
The event will have an outdoor and festival character, creating a unique place for the integration of the caravanning community with industry fairs, giving countless opportunities to infect new people with a passion for caravanning.
Caravaning Rally: Warsaw Caravaning Festival 2023
The rally is an important and attractive point of the event for “caravanning enthusiasts”. We have prepared a place for about 160 teams, so that the participants could spend three days with each other comfortably and in a good rally atmosphere, in the beautiful scenery of Służewiec. The rally starts on May 13!
The price of the plot is PLN 250 – the fee includes, among others, participation of two crew members in the entire event, participation of two people in a feast, rally package, access to sanitary facilities, electricity connections at a maximum distance of 80 meters and a sanitary service point (gray water replacement) .
Rally participants can also watch horse races on Saturday and Sunday as part of the plot fee.
Exhibitors Profile: Warsaw Caravaning Festival 2023
The exhibitors will include well-known, leading brands and companies involved in caravanning in Poland, as well as Polish manufacturers of vehicles and accessories. Companies such as: CarGO, Elcamp Group, Warsaw Caravanning Center, Camping Center, Vannado, EGOE and Buerstner have confirmed their participation.
Event Area:
The area of our Festival taking place in Służewiec on May 13 -14 (rally from May 13) has been divided into several elements / zones
- EXPO – a place where our exhibitors will present campers, caravans, accessories and services related to caravanning and tourism
- EXCHANGE – on the one hand, there will be offers of used motorhomes, vans or trailers from our exhibitors, on the other hand, offers of private owners (rally participants), both vehicles and accessories (the condition for listing on the exchange is participation in the Rally or payment of the registration fee for legal entities)
- RACING ZONE – available only during horse races on Saturday and Sunday from 1.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. – in the price of the ticket to the Warsaw Caravaning Festival and in the price of the Lot at the Rally there is also the option to watch the races.
- RALLY – a zone intended only for participants of the Caravanning Rally , in which, on the basis of the plot purchased, you can stay from Thursday morning until Sunday evening.
- GASTRONOMY – a place where during the Festival you can take advantage of the offer of food-trucks or tents located there. Also in this place will be a Feast for the participants of the Rally.
- SCENE – meetings, lectures, lectures and the artistic part of the event will take place here
- SERVICE – a place where you can dump gray water and fill the tank with new water
